Cancellation Policy: I have a 24 hour notice cancellation policy, if you cancel within that 24-hour timeframe - you will be subject to a 50% charge of the service booked. If you cancel day of the service - you will be subject to 100% charge of the service booked.

Late Policy - There will be a grace period of 10-15 minutes depending on your service, after that timeframe you are running the risk of a shorter service to accommodate you and other clients that may be booked around you. After 20 minutes your appointment will be cancelled unless other arrangements have been made.
